Ms. Di Fede has accumulated more than 40 years within the insurance industry with expertise in all casualty lines, including umbrella and excess liability.  She also has experience in property, inland marine and liability on marine risks, such as barge and tugboat operations, marinas, as well as marine and aviation.  She has also worked on liability programs for energy companies, including gas and oil well drilling and power companies on land and sea.

Mr. Lochner has over 35 years of insurance and reinsurance underwriting and management experience in many classes of property and casualty business. 

Mr. Zadjelovich has over 30 years of insurance and reinsurance underwriting and management experience, including work with large U.S. insurance and reinsurance carriers.

Mr. Betcher has over 40 years of insurance and reinsurance underwriting and brokering experience, including property and casualty lines of business.  Mr. Betcher also co-founded and sold his interests in a managing general agency.​​​​​
