Bob Drag
Bob Drag is a forty-three year veteran of the insurance and reinsurance industry. He is the founder of Altair and remains very active with involvement in every assignment performed by other members of the team, in addition to completing client projects himself.

Michael Drag
Michael Drag handles all operational technology considerations for Altair. His team provides technology solutions for auditors to improve audit efficiency and accuracy. Michael also provides IT system audits for Altair clients.

Vice President and Audit Projects Manager
Andrew Hopkins
Andrea Hopkins is responsible for coordinating Altair’s large synchronized projects, ensuring timely completion at Altair's standard of excellent service. In addition, she provides office staff with insight to our client's needs based on her over forty years' experience within the insurance industry.

Compliance Leader
Ian Rankin
Ian Rankin is located in the United Kingdom (UK). He assists with Altair’s UK clients and Lloyd’s as needed. Ian provides guidance and support to ensure compliance and client satisfaction with Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s coverholder and DCA / TPA audit products. In addition, Ian is involved in non-UK products and any special project opportunities that may present themselves.

Tim McGuire
Tim McGuire stays active as an auditor, while also training new claim auditors who join Altair and providing ongoing training to our current claim staff.

Lorraine Plander stays active as an auditor, while also training new underwriting auditors who join Altair and providing ongoing training to our current underwriting staff.

Chief Operations Officer
Pa Xiong
Pa Xiong manages the day-to-day Altair operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing the audit coordination and scheduling for all Altair client markets. Pa provides supervision of all office operations and management of personnel regarding all aspects of Altair services, including the audit process, proposal quotations and final report presentations.

Claim Manager, Auditor Coordinator Supervisor
Bai Vang
Bai Vang manages the DCA review schedules from London, as well as claim services for Altair’s U.S. and Bermuda clients. She coordinates the claim schedule for all Altair Senior Claim Analysts. Bai also supervises the daily workflow for all staff team members. She assists in the invoicing process and creation of proposal quotations, as well as the coordination of final report presentations to our clients.

Underwriting Manager
Nicole Dooley
​Nicole Dooley manages Altair’s underwriting services and Senior Underwriting Analysts, providing them with scheduling assistance and assignment direction. Nicole is responsible for the creation of proposal quotations and the coordination of final report presentations to our clients. She assists with auditor instructions, guidelines and reference manuals

Coverholder Manager
Christina Anderson-Larson
Christina Anderson-Larson's responsibilities include the management of London market coverholder audit coordination and working with Lloyd's markets and the DAM System. Christina manages pricing and communications with Altair’s London clients and ensures proper scheduling of all coordinated and single client assignments. She also prepares final report presentations.

DCA Audit Coordinator
Nuj Vang
Nuj Vang is responsible for managing and scheduling all of DCA / TPA audits through the Lloyd’s DAM System. She assists with invoicing and creation of proposal quotations. Nuj provides support to auditors and managers while maintaining other delegated duties such as updating files and databases, as well as presentations of final reports to our clients. She also manages Altair's marketing trips and schedules.

Leemay Xiong
Leemay Xiong works closely with Altair's auditing staff regarding coordination and finalization of final report presentations to our clients.

Mor Lee’s responsibilities include providing excellent communication with our clients regarding accounts receivables and works closely with our team regarding travel accommodations.
