INVESTIGATIONS
The
Basic Criminal Background Investigation includes all the services covered
in the Basic Investigation, plus publicly-known criminal activities will
be checked.

CRIMINAL
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
- Completed on a state-to-state basis. The Federal Credit Reporting
Act as amended in November 1998 requires that a disclosure statement
must be obtained from the individual and any material found must be
made available to the individual at their request.

Any
criminal activities in the states where the individual conducted
business or resided
-
Social
Security check will verify individual social security number and may
list several states where the individual lived
PRICING
Information
needed from client:
-Completed background request form (online or hard copy)
-Disclosure signed by individual(s)
-Any other pertinent information
Time
to completion:
1 to 3 days (can take longer depending on return time with state and
federal reporting agencies)
Cost:
$500 - based on one individual and entity, additional named
individuals can be added at a cost of $100 per person.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION Altair
covers basic areas of interest that are required for a good background
investigation. The Basic Background Investigation covers
individual and business background, a website search, and individual
and professional license status and verification.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION In
addition to all the Basic Background Investigation areas and criminal
activity, the Advanced Background Investigation will include State
Insurance Department search, Business Insurance database search,
National Underwriter database search, and individual
professional attention from insurance experts.
